When people say "Merry Christmas" to me, I used to think, "Aw, what a friendly greeting." Now, when I hear "Merry Christmas," I think "is this guy a paranoid conservative?" And then I have to remind myself that no, most people who say "Merry Christmas" just mean Merry Christmas, and not, "I hate you you fucking liberal."

My own take is I couldn't give a shiite about the Christianizing Christmas debate. I've never understood why Christmas garners so much attention over Easter company anyway, when Easter is clearly the far more important Christian holiday.
