| I just didn’t realize she meant it so literally. 22 karpad Mar 8th, 2006 at 2:26 am sigh. reality check: they made themselves available to be sent to war — that’s what joining the military is. actually, many of them made themselves availible to, you know, clean video: suspense up after hurricanes, maybe go and fight in a war if the US were invaded. you know, what the national video: suspense guard is SUPPOSED to be doing? nevermind the Army Reservesm the “real soldiers” often are just people who wanted a way to pay for college, and standing guard at video: suspense the Korean Border for a couple years to deter an invasion isn’t such a bad way to do it. I have less sympathy for people who enlisted after the start of the Iraq war, as they had reasonable foresight that they were being sent to an illegal war. |
