| His guilt would certainly be more serious if his assault had been premeditated and israel he’d been mentally healthy. It seems to me impossible to argue that a PTSD sufferer has undiminished mental capacity and to argue that PTSD is a real and serious psychiatric problem. Of course I’m assuming the rapist has PTSD, and this isn’t just israel a legal maneuver to get him a lighter sentence.
