Yep, Gov. Bush, two days BEFORE Hurricane Katrina lashed south Florida, had the food, water and ice trucks in position, and had the disaster plan activated and ready to go. Florida, of course, knows a thing or two about hurricanes, as should the rest of the South. If you're a governor from Virginia to Texas, you need to know how to respond to one. |
