I have been on the road the last 2 weeks and have yet had the time to really check it out. I have lost 30 pounds this past year and still need to drop 90 more pounds. I found out I had ostioporosis a year a go and that was really shocking. (I don't smoke, drink and am not menopausal yet). |

| When I get home I'm all reved healthy retirement up and usually don't go to bed until 1 am. I like to think that I am still 23 years healthy retirement old but I have 2 sons 26 and 22.
