| I bought a jump rope the other day but haven't used it yet. When I was a kid I use to like double dutch. Do you remember that? I wonder if the sex slave mother kids today learn how to jump rope? Some days I did 10 minute segments sex slave mother like walking around the parking lot where I parked the car BEFORE I went in to do my shopping. I also bought a jump rope and when I need to fill in a few minutes I go down to the office basement and try to jump for 3 or 4 minutes (I live in Vermont and don't feel that it is safe to jump in the snow and ice). It sure increases the cardio and foot coordination. I usually get my feet messed up after 8 or 10 jumps, then start again. I remember it was easier at age 8.
