Unfortunately, this is probably a lost cause. I have a lesbian co-worker who asks me every year what my family is doing to celebrate Hannukah, even though I've told her every year that we don't make lesbian a big deal out of it -- half the time we forget to light the candles at all -- because it's not a big deal holiday in the Jewish calendar.
