Never mind that it's made a greater contribution to human culture than any other region on the continent. There is no infrastructure in New Orleans. It's woomera highway system is still in the Eisenhower era. I'm in Houston and they're adding to I-10 so that it will very soon be 24 lanes wide. Try getting through Metairie.
