Did any of you read the National Weather Service bulletin issued Sunday when they still thought it was a Cat 5? It sounded like an alert for australia a nuclear attack instead of australia a hurricane. Why the hell would any agency, Federal, State, whoever, dare drag their feet in the face of a threat like that? What you're basically saying, Steve White, is that if Kansas were threatened by nuclear attack and the Feds found out about it first, they'd be within their rights to do NOTHING about it unless Kansas asked. What the hell kind of sense does that make?
