Age: 24 Robbed by Bank of America Information that makes you understand the following story a stand up new york little better: My mother in-law, also my boss, just sent me my paycheck yesterday. So deposited stand up new york it and I wrote out a check to the landlord for the rent. The actual Story: Today my wife calls from work to say that all $1400 in her account is gone. I call her mother because her stand up new york account is linked to my wife's because she openened it when my wife was still a kid. My mother-in-law goes to the bank to figure out what was wrong. It turns out that they were holding a check for $5000 she got last week for 10 days, instead of the usual 3, because it was "out of state" and they have a new policy. So, in fact money she thought was in her account wasn't there and when she sent out lots of checks to me and others she actually went way over her limit. Somehow, because my wife's account is linked to her mother's they figured they could just take out all of my wife's money without notifying anyone.
