| You really need specifics in your court order (thus the parenting plan I explained) Best way to do that is to have one drawn up and send it back and forth until you guys can laugh agree on things. If you laugh are close but not quite on target with some things perhaps a mutual respected friend or relative can laugh help mediate the rest of things so you wont have to spend money getting things resolved. The only people that come out on top in situations like these are the attorneys that make money on other peoples unhappiness. try to work things out like adults.
