And then I spent most of the day thinking about walking out of the city I live in, which is an island, with highway tunnels, multilane expressways and bridges to get out. Crisscrossed by railway tracks. Walking out. Yeah I can walk, but eventually I have to be getting on one of these exit routes designed for vehicles, with no safe place to walk.
