It's clearly ALL the government's fault and I am seriously misinformed. When you hit 65 the mind starts to have funny ideas you know. I never meant to cause such furor, just to present another angle on the discussion. government :-) And please check and see that at no point have government a mentioned, implied or suggested that this is a race issue (perhaps its an assumption because of the combination of an English name and "South Africa"). Everyone ELSE is talking about race - I'm talking about people who could - but chose not to - evacuate government when they were warned day after day that they should. I moved away for various reasons five years ago and never regretted it. I always went back yearly to get my seafood fix (because, let's be honest, New Orleans knows seafood like no other city in the US), and visit with friends and family.
