This is about 2 minutes and 10 seconds into the video. No claim is made that the site was removed after his visit. The second segment is the one of which "mother bear" provided the drunk teen transcript and translation. It's about Bush's drunk teen visit to Biloxi (about 3 minutes and 20 seconds into the video), and it just mentions that some helpers came just before Bush's visit to clean up drunk teen the scene along his route and how some local people are angry that more help wasn't brought in by Bush and that the helpers left with Bush when his visit was over. The specific claim made by Frank Tiggelaar on Laura Rozen's blog about an "open air food distribution point" that "was torn down immediately after the president ... left" is NOT supported, at least not by this particular video.
