I'll also note that a plan drawn up in 2000 is superceded by the change in FEMA status in 2003. And that Florida has been generously treated by FEMA, including large payments for "hurricane damage" in areas where there has been no hurricane. I probably should refrain from pointing out that the governor of Florida is W's brother. |
