(duh) How come the suspected murder weapon wasn't dusted for fingerprints, and how come they weren't even trying to gather any evidence that might prove the suspect innocent of the crime, and some or other blubber about tyre track markings? I dunno, Bubba, maybe because the perp is so busted it's almost silly? Oh, and that confession?? It will be denied by both the accused and his mother.
