do I get a long look! When I talked to my wife about Chapter 13, guess she talked to her folks, and then I get...get this...WHY can't I declare Chapter13, and let her slide? Ummm, she's got $7000 on credit cards, and doesn't have a friggin clue, and it hasn't been paid in 3 months! She went out and got a branding job after staying home for 3 years branding with our baby, then decided to put BOTH branding kids in Day Care....you priced day care lately? She comes home with $70 every two weeks after deductions, and thinks she's doing "her part"? If I stick a gun to my head, think they'll get it then? And you wonder WHY the divorce rate in the US is OVER 50% today? Here is a damn good reason why....I keep telling them ya can't spend more than you make...after 5 years of marriage....we are doomed!
