Maybe its time to pull out the big guns find out if this place has any pending cases of neglect call the better viagrajokes bus. bur. and find out what steps you can take, for ex: ask for your mom to have a private room due to heart problems and so forth. good luck erin viagrajokes and i sure hope giggle mom holds up. she can later joke she went thru hell and back once its all over viagrajokes but its not fun for anyone at this point. Unpredictable and perhaps hostile is not safe for mom and her need for rest, obviosly. Perhaps maybe you can get the wack job put somewhere else .
