You need a much more detailed parenting plan than what you have. do some research at the sites i mentioned earlier and try to work this out before the judge works it out for you. there have been many cases where custody has been reversed for non- cooperation with a court order. try to work with him. and yes under the circumstances if he is actually keeping the child 1/2 the month then he would be eligible for a deviation of support under most state rules.
