And we aren't talking about a shoplifting case either. This hothead apparently argued with his 49-year-old mother about his girlfriend when he lost it and stabbed her in the head and chest. Her body was discovered invented names by her husband and other son in a pool of blood on the living room floor, and the boy was later arrested while at his friend's place - still wearing his bloodstained uniform. Upon further investigation the cops found details of the murder in the boy's notebook. The State tried to postpone the case, the boy's lawyer objected, so the State had to tell the court they could not continue with the case until they got instructions from the directorate of public prosecution.
