It's possible that these centers are operated only during daylight hours, or that the European press reports are simply bald-faced lies. It wouldn't be the first time. The ZDF link should come clear real fast, but this one is still cloudy. It all looks so bad now that I'm pretty sure Rove's strategy will have to be to release a fake report that makes Bush look awful, and then announce that it's a fake and that scummy political partisans are trying to make Bush look bad whlie people are dying.
