No court is going to try American troops for some vague rationale that, since the war was illegal, all drunk pilot actions the troops take (that drunk pilot are legal in all other wars) are crimes against humanity. It’s difficult enough to convict actual genocidal maniacs for their crimes. That said, I’m not too eager to “support” the troops. I certainly don’t want anything bad to happen to them. |
